Access

We want to ensure that Tarantarti Party 2025 is accessible & as inclusive as possible.
We have a designated accessibility manager Julie, who can be contacted by emailing accesstarantarti@gmail.com or on 0797 059 6795 via call or text.
If you would like this statement in an alternative format please let us know.
Accessible area camping
There will be an accessible area, for camping & live-in vehicles intended for people who are disabled or with long-term health conditions. It is situated near the entrance of the arena
To book your space email as soon as possible, so that we can meet your needs.
Accessible area camping facilities
We have an area where wheelchairs & mobility scooters can be charged. Charging equipment is not secured by the festival so left at the owner’s risk.
There are no power or water hook ups for vehicles. However, if you do need access to electricity for health/disability reasons please let us know.
The accessible area car park will be right next to the camping area. In general, cars will not be allowed to park next to a tent. However, if your needs require you to have continual access to your car & you are able to explain this, we will be able to issue a car pass. Please note once on site you will not be able to move your vehicle until exit.
We have accessibility stewards to help you carry items from your car or put up a tent, please make them aware if you need support.
There will be an accessible toilet situated within the accessible camping area. We will not be able to provide showers unfortunately.
There will be a private gazebo next to the accessible toilet with a changing bed for those who might need a changing space.
Arena facilities
There will be an accessible toilet situated within the arena.
There will be accessibility stewards allocated around the stages, who will be wearing purple hi-viz. While we cannot build a viewing platform due to the size of the event, if you make yourself known to the stewards they will support you to find a viewing point. They will also check in on you occasionally, if you need support get their attention & they will approach you.
We are planning to have a quiet & calm space in a bell tent situated within the healing area for those who experience sensory overload, with ear protectors, fidget toys & cushions.
Access around site
The festival is set in farmland which has a slight incline in a part of the arena, the distance from the accessible area to the farside of the arena is under 400 metres.
The majority of the festival site ground surface is grass, so in wet conditions the ground may become muddy. We will have plastic track mats at the entrances to cover any excess mud. There is a short hardstanding path between the Accessible area & the arena.
The nearest Shopmobility for booking a wheelchair or mobility scooter is Swindon (12 miles), with a limited amount of scooters available for hire, they require registration with ID first –

Assistance dogs
All dogs need to have a dog ticket purchased with the exception of assistance dogs, please email to arrange otherwise a £10 charge will be incurred upon entry. Owners remain responsible for their dogs both for behaviour & cleaning up after them.
Warning:
Due to the nature of the event there may be flashing lights on all stages. Lasers may be used for some performances.
